Initially you register with your Aktia banking credentials, after which you can log-in and verify transactions with your fingerprint and / or with a PIN-code of your choice.


With the Aktia Mobile Bank you can:

• Log-in and verify transactions easily and safely with your fingerprint and / or with a PIN-code of your choice
• Follow your balances and transactions of your accounts and cards, in real time
• Pay invoices and make transfers between accounts, also with a barcode reader
• Order and verify e-invoices
• Stay up-to-date on your investments and save in funds
• Apply for Aktia Consumer Loan (you will get the decision within one working day)
• Contact us with a message when you need help

To use the Aktia Mobile Bank, you will need

Android 7.0 or a newer version of the OS

Otherwise this is a good app: when it works. Most of the time it complains that I need to check my connection, so I can't log in. Same happens no matter if I'm using wi-fi or mobile data. This has been an issue for months and it seems to be just getting worse. The other app, Aktia Wallet, works fine but it doesn't help when I'd need to make a bank transfer etc. Hopefully you'd be able to fix this soon!

Thank you for the comprehensive feedback, and sorry that the response took so long. Unfortunately we’ve recently had some temporary issues in the Mobilebank. We've also noticed that manually set date & time on device may have prevented customers from signing in. To fix this, date & time settings should be set to automatic. Br, Mobilebank team

Worked fine before the app started to ask for verification by text message. I get the text, but the frigging keyboard doesn't work in the app anymore! I can use characters like . , and ; which are useless for the code verification. And yes, I tried reinstalling the app. EDIT: managed to sidestep the issue by copypasting the code from the text. Apparently the issue is related to google's keyboard. Way to go for the bank to not notify me that I need a different keyboard for the app to work.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately this has been the issue with a few Samsung models. Quick fix for this is to change default keyboard from Samsung/Swiftkey to GBoard (preinstalled in most of new devices). We understand that this isn't the most desirable way to take the app into use and we're sorry for the inconvenience. -Mobile Bank team

I want this app to cover all payment cases, and log in, instead of having to use 2 other apps. Plus I have requested to be able to change the priority of accounts to make payments as default. For some reason the app insists on using the account I have for a loan that I usually have close to empty. Now some automatic payments went straight there and put me in negative after forcing me for a payment for no funds when there's plenty of funds in another account. Will move to another bank ASAP.
